Living Tables Technical Requirements:
Setup: The tables take up to 1.5 hours to set up. We require a 5 feet x 5 feet area for setup as close to the walkabout area as possible. This area should be well-lit and out of sight of any guests. We also require a secure/lockable changing room for leaving belongings. The living tables are over 5 feet wide, so they require a double door or a very wide door (over 4 feet) to gain access to a room.
Parking and Loading: A loading bay/area at the venue is required, as well as parking at the venue or nearby. Any parking fees or expenses are charged to the client.
Standard Length of Performance: 2 x 45-minute or 3 x 30-minute sets (more sets can be done subject to costs). The artist will require breaks in between as the tables are very heavy, and catering can restock the tables at that time.
